Do I need a CGM, or will a regular finger-prick meter work?
No CGM required. GlucoSensei works great with any standard finger-prick glucometer. Simply log your readings before and after meals and the app does the rest. If you do use a CGM, you can enter your readings the same way. CGM integration is also coming soon, so stay tuned.
Will this tell me what to eat, or do I have to figure that out myself?
GlucoSensei gives you the data and insights to make informed choices, but it doesn't hand you a rigid meal plan. Think of it as a clear map of how your body responds to different foods. Over time you'll start to see clear patterns and know exactly what works for you.
Can I use this alongside my doctor's advice or medication?
